Biography:

I attained a Master degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Dar es salaam and Bachelor of Tourism Management from Sokoine University of Agriculture both in Tanzania .I worked as a Marketing Manager at Umoja Switch Compamy Limited (Tanzania) in 2014 and joined SUA as an academic staff on March,2015. 
My interest is to use tourism in conservation and poverty reduction. The conservation of tourism attractions and protected areas. Conservation of Tanzania protected areas is a challenging due to  issues like climate change, population growth and human activities  that  takes  place along these areas. I am also interested in Tourism planning and policy making, Tourism marketing as well as capacity building for young African women.
I am currently involved in EU funded project AfricanBioServices  that focuses on Linking biodiversity, ecosystem functions and services in the Serengeti-Mara Region.
